MiracleWorks Therapy & Consulting, PLLC accepts the following insurance plans:

Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
Blue Choice PPO
United HealthCare/Optum
Cigna PPO

Payment for services are always due at the time of service. If you are using insurance, services will be billed directly to your insurance provider but please note, you are responsible for all deductibles and copays as determined by your insurance plan. For sliding scale inquiries please contact us for more information.

HMO plans are not accepted at this time.

Out-of-pocket Fees

If you prefer to pay privately, the fees are as follows:

Consultation (20 minutes) - Complimentary

Intake (60 minutes) - $180

Individual (50-60 minutes) - $155

Individual (45 minutes) - $130

Individual (25-30 minutes) - $100-$125

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation less than 24 hours: $100

No call/no show: $150

​

It is strongly recommended that you contact your insurance plan to verify your behavioral health benefits. If you are out-of-network, you will be required to pay the full fee upfront. A superbill can be provided to you per session, to submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement. Please be sure to contact your insurance company to discuss your Out-of-Network benefits and options.
